Round-topped stele divided into three registers.
The upper register contains a sign of heaven curving over a winged sun disk with uraei.
The middle register depicts two men, a father and son, worshipping the mummiform figures of Osiris and Re.
The bottom register is comprised of five lines of hieroglyphic text and names the owner of the stele, a physician named Irethorsekheru.
